Georgia Overview

Bye Week.  Let’s hope Georgia shows up to the Cocktail Party healthy, and reinstated.

Fell Out: #20 USC

Newcomers: #24 Duke

#5 Oregon.  Despite having one of the best players in college football, QB Marcus Mariota, I don’t see the Ducks running the table the rest of the way and ending the season with one loss.  Their defense has been suspect at times, and they also have the always worrisome Stanford Cardinal coming to town this weekend, who are riding a two game win streak against the Ducks.

#17 Nebraska.  If the Cornhuskers hadn’t stumbled against Michigan St., they could very well be looking at an undefeated regular season.  Led by RB Ameer Abdullah, Nebraska is a team that will keep climbing in the rankings.

This Week’s Top 25 Matchups

#10 TCU at #20 West Virginia

#4 Auburn at #7 Ole Miss

#14 Arizona at #25 UCLA

#18 Utah at #15 Arizona State

Upset Alert

Penn State almost pulled it off against Ohio State, last week’s upset alert team.  Like many others, I’m hopping on the Louisville bandwagon against Florida State at home on Thursday night.  These Thursday night games are crazy, as Louisville fans are well aware.  The mighty Seminoles finally suffer a defeat, causing even more chaos in this wild, turbulent season.
