YOUR WEEK 3 COLLEGE FOOTBALL TV SCHEDULE --------> CLICK HERE!!!!!!!
(Note: I had a few compression issues after having to edit the schedule on the fly, so I want to apologize for any loss in image quality. It's certainly readable but its not as clear as I'd like... luckily this should be a one time thing.)
THURSDAY
There is only one truly riveting game on Thursday night and that is the match-up between the TCU Horned Frogs and the Texas Tech Red Raiders. A fierce battle between Gary Patterson and not Tommy Tuberville isn't a bad way to spend a Thursday evening.
FRIDAY
Friday also has but one game, but it could be a good one. The Air Force Falcons will be travelling to that big blue field in Idaho to take on the Boise St. Broncos. It'll be interesting to see how Boise recovers from their recent loss to the Washington Huskies after feasting on a cupcake last weekend.
SATURDAY NOON
Things start to get really good at noon on Saturday. After you wrap up your early morning tailgating, I'd recommend you catch the UCLA Bruins as they visit the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Both teams are currently in the Top 25 and this is one of the few games featuring Big Ten and Pac 12 teams that aren't being relegated to the conferences' respective networks. If that doesn't toot your horn, head on over to the SEC Network to catch the Southern Miss Golden Eagles as they face off against Bret Bielema and the Arkansas Razorbacks.
SATURDAY AFTERNOON
I think its safe to assume that most of us will be tuning in to see the Alabama Crimson Tide dispose of Johnny Moneybags and the Texas A & M Aggies. If for some reason you aren't interested in watching competently played football, feel free to switch over to the epic beatdown being administered to the Tennessee Volunteers by the Oregon Ducks or the tickle fight between the Duke Blue Devils and the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
SATURDAY EVENING
For my money this is the best slate of the day as we get games between the Vanderbilt Commodores and the South Carolina Gamecocks, the Mississippi St. Bulldogs and the Auburn Tigers, and the Ohio St. Buckeyes and the Cal Bears. Take your pick really, but I'll be going Vandy/SCAR. Or you could watch the Notre Dame Fighting Irish have a slapfight with the Purdue Boilermakers... but, really, why would you?
SATURDAY LATE
There isn't anything super exciting on tap for the late night. That said, you could do a lot worse than the ranked Wisconsin Badgers fighting off the Arizona St. Sun Devils or the contest between the Oregon St. Beavers and the Utah Utes.
And there are your options for the weekend. What are you planning to watch? Let us know in the comments.
Until next time....
GOOOO DAWGS!!!!!
