It's getting to where I really hate Twitter...
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>UGA secondary starters Josh Harvey Clemons and Sheldon Dawson have been suspended for the Gator bowl for violating team rules.</p>— Radi Nabulsi (@RadiNabulsi) <a href="https://twitter.com/RadiNabulsi/statuses/415263701714092032">December 23, 2013</a></blockquote>
<script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
We hate to speculate as to the reason for the suspensions, but this might have legs:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Sources tell me suspensions are due to academics but school cannot and will not confirm.</p>— Radi Nabulsi (@RadiNabulsi) <a href="https://twitter.com/RadiNabulsi/statuses/415264961708187649">December 23, 2013</a></blockquote>
<script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
And a bit more from another source...
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Source very close to situation tells me Harvey-Clemons/Dawson suspension is related to academics.</p>— Jake Rowe (@JakeRoweRivals) <a href="https://twitter.com/JakeRoweRivals/statuses/415266039253843968">December 23, 2013</a></blockquote>

Georgia is set to play Nebraska on January 1st in the Tax-Slayer Gator Bowl at noon in Jacksonville. The line just got a bit tighter.
The University of Georgia has not released a statement as of this posting. Stay tuned as more information becomes available.
Update: Looks like any additional information will have to wait until later in the week.
The suspensions are "due to a violation of team regulations," according to a statement from UGA coach Mark Richt, who will not be available for additional comment on the situation until the Bulldogs report at the bowl site on Thursday. - Gentry Estes, Dawgs247.com
