The Georgia Bulldogs' football season is over, and the Georgia Bulldogs' basketball season might as well be over, so where does that leave us? It leaves me watching NCAA women's gymnastics, but, for those of you who are not as devoted to the Gym Dogs as I believe you ought to be, there is NFL playoff football and PGA Tour golf.
Around these parts, we have reason to pay attention to both of those things today. At 1:00 p.m. Eastern on Fox, the Atlanta Falcons will take on the Seattle Seahawks in search of their first playoff win under the current coaching staff. Later in the day, former University of Georgia golfer Russell Henley will enter the final round of the 2013 Sony Open tied for first place at 17 under par. The tournament is in Hawaii and my brain cannot wrap itself around time zones other than my own, but chuckdawg assures me that the Golf Channel's coverage will run from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern.
This is your all-day all-sports Sunday open comment thread, in which you are invited to follow the Falcons, the day's other NFL playoff game (should you deem it worthy of note), and a former Bulldog in pursuit of a PGA Tour victory.
Go 'Dawgs!
