This week we begin the steady march to quality football each and every Saturday. Though we're closer to numerous marquee matchups each week, the networks still haven't quite figured out which teams are legitimate contenders. At any rate, here are your options:
In the 12 O'Clock hour, you will find yourself in the unenviable position of watching the Florida Gators destroy the Kentucky Wildcats or the West Virginia Mountaineers destroy the Maryland Terrapins.
At 3:30, I trust you'll all be watching our new besties, the Missouri Tigers, take on the South Carolina Gamecocks. M-I-Z! Z-O-U! Or if you live in the Southeast, you can subject yourself to the "football" on display as the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets face the Miami Hurricanes.
Once the 7 O'Clock block rolls around, I know you'll all be glued to ESPN2 as our beloved Georgia Bulldogs give the Vanderbilt Commodores the beatdown they so richly deserve. Bonus points if Todd Grantham punches Lil' Jimmy Franklin square in the mouth. Also, feel free to flip over to Les Miles and the LSU Tigers running Gene Chizik out of Alabama as they teach the Auburn Tigers a new meaning of pain. I like driving in my truck...
At 8:00, you could always watch the Clemson Tigers face the Florida St. Seminoles in what was once the Bowden Bowl. It shall now be called the 'Bo Bowl (Dabo...Jimbo... get it?). And once the late night hits, you'll be treated to the typical Pac-12 defensive slugfest between the Oregon Ducks and the Arizona Wildcats.
Enjoy your weekend fellas... And GOOOOO DAWGS!!!
