Your Week 13 College Football TV Schedule >>>CLICK HERE!
We have some truly quality football over the next 4 days. No, really! The Georgia Southerns and Western Carolinas of the world have come and gone and we have serious competition coming up. What's that you say? UGA has Georgia Tech and Alabama has Auburn? Oh, okay then... at least there is serious competition going on elsewhere.
The action kicks off on Thursday night as the TCU Horned Frogs take on the Texas Longhorns. But it gets real on Friday. On that glorious day we get a bonus full day of football with such thrilling (yet sadly inconsequential) matchups as the Nebraska Cornhuskers facing the Iowa Hawkeyes, the LSU Tigers sending John L. Smith and the Arkansas Razorbacks packing, the resurgent Washington Huskies beating up on the in-state rival Washington St. Cougars, and the Arizona St. Sun Devils losing the "Semi-Nude Hot Sorority Girl Trophy" to the Arizona Wildcats.
Saturday brings the main course, beginning in the 12 o'clock hour. You can catch the Michigan Wolverines and the Ohio St. Buckeyes in a game of very little consequence. You can view a throwdown (?) between the Rutgers Scarlet Knights and the Pittsburgh Panthers. You can even soak in the delicious schadenfreude of the Kentucky Wildcats matching up with the Tennessee Volunteers. But, honestly, you know you really want to be watching the #3 team in the land, the Georgia Bulldogs, as we once again demolish the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets en route to Atlanta.
There are then some great contests at 3:30 as the Oklahoma State Cowboys take on the Oklahoma Sooners for the Crystal Tumbleweed and the Florida St. Seminoles expose the Florida Gators to win an all expense paid trip to the Boca Raton Home for Wayward Elderly Yankees (Full access to nude beach included). One might also be persuaded to watch the Alabama Crimson Tide as they hand the Auburn Tigers and Gene Chizik what is certain to be his final SEC loss.
At 7:00, we have a trio of matchups featuring SEC teams as the South Carolina Gamecocks face the Clemson Tigers, the Missouri Tigers suit up for the Texas A&M Aggies, and the Ole Miss Rebels and Mississippi St. Bulldogs return the Egg Bowl to its former glory futility. Simultaneously, there will be a critical PAC-12 fight between the Stanford Cardinal (to whom I will be forever grateful) and the UCLA Bruins (to whom I will not... because Jim Mora is a dillhole). The games following these are a joke. Don't waste your time. Seriously.
And there's your schedule for this week. Enjoy your long Thanksgiving weekend and get together with friends to watch some football... just like the Indians and Pilgrims did. GOOOO DAWGS!!!
