Last Saturday was fun, but the season starts today as the Georgia Bulldogs travel to Columbia, S.C., to take on what appear to be the much-improved South Carolina Gamecocks. This is a critical contest to gauge the progress of the Red and Black, and the loser likely is out of contention in the SEC East.
This is big, so much so that you shouldn't be surprised if I'm not around because I'm pacing a hole in the rug during a game I fully expect will leave me a nervous wreck. For those of you who can stomach it, though, your observations, reactions, insights, and outbursts go in the comments below.
