Ere our attention returns to the S.E.C. Media Days, I have a few housekeeping details to which to attend. These are they:
- Dawg Sports recently got a little free press. The Detroit Free Press, that is. My thanks go out to Mark Snyder for the mention. See? This is why I regard beat reporters much more highly than, say, ESPN.
- Roll Bama Roll's Todd has taken an in-depth look at the Bulldogs on both sides of the ball. Not only did Todd offer a balanced preview, but his co-author, Nico, showed the wise judgment not to horn in on my pursuit of Michigan.
- SportsBlogs Nation continues to expand, so it was inevitable that an Auburn weblog would join the fold eventually. Fortunately, the proprietor of the new site Track 'Em Tigers traces his blogging pedigree back to Football Saturday In The South, which was a fine site. I am pleased to be joined by a blogger representing the other half of the Deep South's oldest football rivalry and I welcome Track 'Em Tigers to the fold. The fact that I think highly of my new colleague, however, does not change the fact that I hate Auburn.
