Sunday Morning Quarterback Assesses 'Dawgs; Phil Steele Now Anticlimactic

New, comment

Yes! Finally, finally, finally, Sunday Morning Quarterback has done what he (maddeningly) failed to do last year; namely, offered his absurdly premature assessment of the 'Dawgs.

Although he gets a couple of fine details wrong (Georgia gave up 51 points to Tennessee, not 53), SMQ's analysis is spot-on, as always, including his assessment of Larry Munson "that the best on-air sports radio professionals are almost always the least professional."

SMQ concludes that "there's no favorite in this division," so his non-binding forecast has the Bulldogs going 9-3, just like Florida and Tennessee.

Take the time to give it a look. You'll be glad you did.

Go 'Dawgs!
