The Diamond Dogs won their fifth straight game and solidified their claim to a top 20 ranking with an 11-3 win over Kennesaw State on Tuesday.
Although the Owls played poorly, committing six errors, the Red and Black continued their hot streak at the plate, earning a dozen hits over the course of eight innings.
During their five-game winning streak, the Diamond Dogs have powered their way to 70 hits and 54 runs. Just imagine how good Georgia could be if all the players grew moustaches.
The Bulldogs will host Western Carolina at Foley Field this evening, hoping to improve to 13-2 before commencing S.E.C. play on the basepaths this weekend.
