Erk Russell, the College Football Hall of Fame, and Figuring Out Another Way to Skin This Cat

The National Football Foundation announced the 2011 College Football Hall of Fame divisional class today, and the late Georgia defensive coordinator and Georgia Southern head coach Erk Russell wasn't on the list. Dawg Sports wants to figure out how to remedy that indefensible omission.

Erk Update: To the Veterans Committee We Go!

Former Georgia Bulldogs defensive coordinator and Georgia Southern Eagles head coach Erk Russell has been nominated to the College Football Hall of Fame and his candidacy will be considered by the Veterans Committee in early April 2010.
