On the plus side, if the Bulldogs win the national championship next year, we won't have to worry about him breaking it with his butt! UPDATE: Now multiple sources are reporting that Bacarri Rambo has officially decided to stay for his senior year. So, there's our first piece of good news this year! Go 'Dawgs!
Today is the final day for juniors to declare for the NFL Draft. Come on, Justin; stick around for the turnaround. Go 'Dawgs!
Give it a look. Go 'Dawgs!
I was asked to share my thoughts on Philadelphia Eagles draft pick Jeff Owens. Go 'Dawgs!
Although UGAVike beat me to the punch, it bears repeating: Rennie Curran has become the first Bulldog taken in the 2010 NFL draft. Man, that took a while, didn't it? Good luck to Rennie. Go 'Dawgs!
My questions arise from the opposite angle. How is the Big 12 not the dominant conference in college football? How has Oklahoma managed to whiff on national titles in recent years? Look at the list of first-round picks. The Sooners produced three of the first four players taken. As a league, the Big 12 turned out five of the top six, six of the first fourteen, and nine of the top 24. In "The West Wing," political consultant Bruno Gianelli once commented of female voters, "I think anybody who's got a five point majority and still doesn't control the agenda might be spending a little too much time reading about how to get a man over his fear of commitment." Based on last night's draft, doesn't the same hold true for the Big 12? Go 'Dawgs!
. . . you'll want to give this a look. Go 'Dawgs!
He talks to All Access Football about future picks Matthew Stafford, Knowshon Moreno, Corvey Irvin and Dannell Ellerbe (among others), as well as the Bulldogs’ recruiting Class of 2009, which was ranked ninth overall by Rivals.com.
