It has been a busy week for the Georgia Bulldogs, as several Red and Black athletes have been preparing for the Olympics, two former Bulldog standouts have been hired as assistant coaches in Athens, and the school's oldest living tennis letterman passed away.

The Georgia Bulldogs women's softball and tennis teams were dominant on Wednesday, with the Red and Black sweeping a diamond doubleheader against the South Carolina Gamecocks and the lady netters dealing the Yale Bulldogs a 6-1 setback on the court.
