Dawg Sports puts John Isner's epic Wimbledon epic in the context of history, and not just UGA sports history. A fantastic piece -- let's just say the world has waited far too long for someone to use General Sherman's march to explore the meaning of a tennis match.

I clicked on "vote," thinking it would take me to the voting page, and, instead, it recorded my vote at whatever percentage happened to be showing on the confidence meter at the time. I can only hope that random dumb luck set the percentage as low as humanly possible; otherwise, my entirely accidental show of confidence will only come back to bite us in the fall. Go 'Dawgs!

Today, the Gators have a chance to bring another championship to Gainesville as they play powerhouse Stanford at 2pm in Athens, Ga.
