[W]hat you don’t understand is that TKK simply exists on a plane of existence superior to you or I mere mortals.
As wise as Aristotle, he….sitting astride the mighty white stallion of his own (relative) ethics…a vigilant sage, perpetually on guard…whether it requires defending the honor of his own pure, noble-intentioned group of gentlemen-scholars-athletes-minor saints (bedecked in the black and red, natch)….or whether it requires his own scathing, damning judgment, cast down from on high against lesser institutions in lesser states with lesser people constituting their lesser fanbase (emphasis on "base" says he!)
Perhaps some day you shall see. Now as penance for badmouthing the work of noble, illustrious T. Kyle King (that local deity of all things black and red, and subsequently all things right in this world or possibly even the next), please go re-read his impassioned plea for Auburn to suffer the Death Penalty. For so he has wished, and so he has willed it.
So, yeah. I can only imagine that smug [insert expletive of choice here] has had a mural of The School of Athens reproduced on the wall of his study, with himself in place of Plato. He’s bordering on Bond-villain levels of hubris over there…it’s just a wonder he hasn’t given himself an aneurysm from being SO damned concerned about Auburn.
