CollegeFootballNews has just released its All-Sophomore and All-Freshman teams.

Defensive Tackle Geno Atkins, picked up the nod for all-Sophomore defensive tackle. CFN had this to say about Atkins:

Throughout the Dawgs' blazing second half, Atkins was to the defense what RB Knowshon Moreno was to the offense. Playing with a renewed focus and dedication, he's tormented opposing linemen for 38 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, and 29 quarterback hurries, huge numbers for an interior lineman.

Freshman RB Knowshon Moreno was chosen as the first team all-Freshman running back:

A lot was expected of Moreno in Athens, but not this much, this fast. One of the main catalysts of the Bulldogs' torrid stretch run, he's rushed for 1,273 yards and 12 touchdowns, doing most of his damage against the heart of the SEC schedule. A powerful, high-energy back who explodes through the hole, he's poised to become the next in a long line of superb Georgia backs.

Lesser-known freshman phenom Trinton Sturdivant, the offensive tackle who can take credit for opening up many a running-lane for Knowshon was chosen as a first team all-freshman tackle:

The first true freshman lineman in almost two decades to start in Athens, Sturdivant has been outstanding at left tackle, a key reason that Matthew Stafford has been sacked just 15 times in a dozen games. At 6-foot-5 and 300 pounds, he's got the long arms and good feet to be an All-American before leaving college.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford and Defensive Back Asher Allen were given honorable mentions. When you combine proven talents like these with the recruiting class that Coach Mark Richt is brining in, the future looks bright in Athens.
