Since tonight's series-settling game between Georgia and South Carolina determines whether the Diamond Dogs are bound for Omaha and the College World Series or are off on their summer vacations, I thought this evening's contest warranted an open comment thread.  

Hopefully, the Red and Black won't spend the next couple of weeks driving through the desert with Imogene Coca strapped to the roof!

The first pitch is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. and you can follow the action on GameTracker through the University athletic site or on the E.S.P.N. family of networks.
