I have good news . . . and bad news . . . and more good news.  

The good news is that the Georgia Sports Blog's Dawgnoxious has entered a ruling in favor of Warren St. John.  

The bad news is that the Georgia Sports Blog's authority to render binding judgments is questionable even within the boundaries of Bulldog Nation and a cursory review of the federal court hierarchy reveals that the U.S. District Courts are not obliged to lend to the opinions of Dawgnoxious the weight of stare decisis.  Would that it were so.  

Irrespective of that bit of bad news, though, there is additional good news:  despite his legal troubles, Warren St. John has not lost his sense of humor.  

Hang in there, Warren.
