N.C.A.A. Tournament Game Day Open Comment Thread
This is a first here at Dawg Sports . . . an N.C.A.A. basketball tournament game day open comment thread!
If you're like me, you've been counting down to this afternoon's matchup with Xavier. Contrary to AW's lighthearted animadversion, Dennis's Dogs are playing today, not Friday, and the earlier the start, the better for Georgia, given the momentum the Red and Black have carried through the weekend. I wouldn't want a team this hot to cool due to a lengthy layoff.
With the top mascot in the tournament, a re-energized fan base, and reason to dislike the Musketeers thanks to guys like this who completely missed my point, how can we lose?
Please, guys, don't lose.

What happened?
here's the scoop
We're passing the ball, very patient. They can shoot outside, but have pretty much been forced to because our defense is still kickass.
They'll make an adjustment at halftime, but right now we're playing with as much confidence as we did all weekend.
That could be big
need to stop gasping and moaning...
people are gona think i hurt myself.
Go Dawgs!
both teams look sloppy, but that's ok, b/c i'd rather they play sloppy vs our sloppy than our perfect vs their perfect....lol
Bliss with 3 fouls...
It's really been . . .
11:42 mark
they're starting to get...
this has been our bread & butter the whole post-season.
Bliss & Fouls
With 3 minutes left in the game, there's a 19-2 free throw discrepancy? Especially the way they've manhandled Yata. I'm displeased.
The no call on Yata's jump ball
It was fun while it lasted...
Cinderella's need breaks to go their way, but none of the breaks went Georgia's way today. Too bad, really. They are a much more compelling story than Xavier.
Dave Bliss, standing out of bounds...
What a fun week only to be torpedoed in the last 5:00 minutes by really bad officiating. Didn't one of those guys work the controversial UCLA game?
Proud of this team.
