However, I believed it was worth noting that all of Hawaii's victories over B.C.S. conference competition came in Honolulu. The Warriors, like their conference colleagues the Boise State Broncos, have done extremely well against all opponents on their home field, but they have fared less well away from their own stadium. Maybe this will be Hawaii's version of the Fiesta Bowl; we shall see.

Passion is one thing, but getting all high-and-mighty about beating a pretty mediocre Alabama team in the Hula Bowl (after some serious jet-lag, I'm sure) is really nothing to CAP LOCK about.  And thanks for the warning.  No one is going to take Hawaii for granted in the sUGAr Bowl.  That seems to be the catch phrase for many of the Warrior faithful, doesn't it?
