A well-deserved honor for our best player. From the SEC website: "Georgia’s Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, a 6-foot-5, 205-pound sophomore guard from Greenville, Ga., was named SEC Player of the Week after averaging 19.5 points and 8.5 rebounds in wins over Auburn and at South Carolina. He recorded his third double-double of the season as the Bulldogs defeated Auburn at home. He scored four of his points and had two key rebounds in the final 1:07, enabling Georgia to break open a close game. Caldwell-Pope has averaged 19.8 points, shooting 58 percent from the field – 47 percent from 3-point range – in Georgia’s past five games, four of which have resulted in Bulldog victories."
