The recent proliferation of "back shoulder throw" in football lexicon.

Does anyone else notice that you can't turn on a game without hearing this phrase every ten minutes. I swear in twenty years I never heard it until the Super Bowl last year as they were talking about a Flacco to Boldin pass. Now, announcers at all levels seem so giddy to use the phrase they will categorize even clearly bad passes as a pin point back shoulder toss. Even Aaron Murray seems to have become proficient at this pass In the last few months. Am I wrong? Has this phrase been around as long as others and I have simply not noticed it?
