We've all seen it. We've seen the players, the student section, the alumni all hold up 4 fingers at the beginning of the 4th quarter. What may have started off as a great idea of the 4th quarter belonging to our team has deteriorated the last several seasons of us holding up 4 fingers, after which we squander away our lead in the big games.
I don't propose that we abolish the "4 fingers" thing, but that we do it after we KTMFD for the last time and the clock reads zero. Let's celebrate then and show the opposing team that we just owned them for 4 quarters. That's my take anyway.
