Garden City CC sounds really familiar to me, but a cursory Google search didn't turn up anything helpful. I suspect they're a regular destination for Division I transfers that are hoping to Cam-Newton their way back to Division I. No word yet on Sanford Seay or Chris Sanders, though Georgia Military College was apparently potentially interested in at least one of them.
