This article is definitely worth a read, as it is chock-full of details about the potential "simplification" of the NCAA rulebook that is apparently going on in Indianapolis. As I read all of the potential changes with regards to recruiting however, I couldn't help but think that they could sum up all the recruiting changes by saying, "make the minor shit that Mark Richt gets tagged for legal, since it shouldn't be illegal to begin with."
