Damn it!
What have I told you people about these soccer comments?
Meanwhile, this basketball game is high-scoring . . . for a soccer game!

Although that is technically a picture of the newest member of the Everton squad, Nick Jelavic...

Hey look at tankertoad, Mr. Sanchez and DTD.
They’re the ones that wear the European red scarves.
Personally, I’ve yet to find a European soccer team clad in red that isn’t communist. Or fascist. Or whatever “ist” is bad these days.

Because he just looks like a season ticket holder who donated a lot of money.

A point a minute - and the thing is, that is about normal. This maybe the worst team ever.
Certainly the worst team I have watched.
I am sure I have something better to do. Dog needs a bath maybe. He's sleeping though.
Funny Cotton story – I got a new rice cooker, tested it out tonight first time. Tried to feed him rice, he gave me the “wth?” look. Wouldnt touch it.
so tired of the swing the ball around the perimeter routine
I can’t handle much more of this… Dennis Felton teams played better offense than this

What about the Jurrasic has the ball bounce off his legs routine?
Or GR misses a 3 foot pull up? Or GR gets a blocking foul at center court?
Or, ………………on and on
this team is no good, no other way to put it
thankfully baseball starts in a little over 2 weeks

"Let us cross over the river and rest under the shade of the trees." Thomas J. Jackson
"Can't fault our effort?" Not trying to flame, but seriously, what effort? This was the worst game I may have ever seen, at least that I remember.
You don't think we've worked hard to be close at the end
I beg to differ
"Let us cross over the river and rest under the shade of the trees." Thomas J. Jackson
No, I don't. I think we are about to lose to one of the worst teams in the SEC.
I think we shot 13% for 15 pts in the first half. I think I just watched Williams foul a bad shot with 1 second on the clock. I think Robinson got sat down 5 minutes in because he was playing brainless. I think this is the most pathetic “effort” I have ever seen. I am sure there are worse, but I don’t remember one.
A ‘come back’ against a team fighting for you for the basement when you are down by 6 with 1:50 to go isnt really saying much. And it’s going to take the entire game to score 50 pts.
I think it might be safe to say we lost to the second-worst team in the SEC.
Doesn’t look like we’re going to be playing the worst team in the SEC this year… because it is us.

I love Dave Neal.
You know on the inside he’s wanting to kill himself or at the very least pour acid in his eyes.
Yet, he powers through, calling this game despite it being so ugly that a Carolina fan wouldn’t get it drunk & take it home.
