Just a note that Valdosta State defeated Minnesota State-Mankato 35-19 in the semifinals of the Division II playoffs today (Dec 8) and will be playing in its fourth National Championship Game next week. They've won two of the last three appearances. Several players on this team are former team mates of Malcolm Mitchell and Jay Rome from Valdosta High. Since we had a thread for Army Navy today, how about one for this game? Its scheduled for 12 Noon Saturday on ESPN.
