Georgia Bulldogs basketball is being televised in mid-November. Can you believe it? - Chris Graythen
Mark Fox's Georgia Bulldogs began college basketball season with a win, and the Hoop Hounds look to improve to 2-0 against Youngstown State on ESPNU. Join in the game night open comment thread!
The Red and Black opened men's basketball season with an uncomfortably close win over Jacksonville on Friday night, and tonight the Fox Hounds are back in action with another home date in the Classic City, this time pitting the Georgia Bulldogs against the Youngstown St. Penguins. Tonight's game will be televised on ESPNU as part of the Progressive Legends Classic (which sounds like a tournament whose logo should feature the image of Robert M. "Fighting Bob" La Follette), and a running real-time box score is available here.
Please join us as we cheer on the Athenians. Turn on your television, break out your laptop, and join in the conversation as Mark Fox and his team tangle with the Penguins to preserve the good name of the Bulldogs. (I mean, come on; the Penguins? Really?)
Go 'Dawgs!
