Unfortunately, the game that matters most does not kick off until this evening. There will be dedicated threads for that one, but, in the meantime, this is your early afternoon general college football comment thread, for your use in discussing all the games that do not involve the Georgia Bulldogs . . . though, truth be told, you can use this thread for talking about what you hope and expect to see during tonight's matchup with the South Carolina Gamecocks, as well. Heck, you're even free to discuss bourbon, barbecue, the Oxford comma, the Braves, and why the infield fly rule is even dumber and more un-American than the designated hitter, if you like.
