In our ongoing efforts to provide a quality interactive community experience, we are today debuting a new feature which highlights a comment posted here by taking it out of context. This falls under the heading of "Completely Unrelated," and, as with such former features as "Kyle Gets Contrary" and "Random Crazy Idea," this one will be trotted out arbitrarily and capriciously whenever the spirit moves me, without warning or rationale, as an adjunct to the Comment of the Week.

We call it the Out-of-Context Dawg Sports Quotation of the Day, which I would explain, but, really, the term is fairly self-explanatory, isn’t it? Here now is the inaugural Out-of-Context Dawg Sports Quotation of the Day:
