This falls squarely under the heading of "Damn it!" . . . not least of all because of the timing: today is my family's last day at the beach before beginning tonight the journey home, which will end sometime Saturday evening. In other words, the likelihood of my being able to do justice to this news before Sunday evening is slim. So, I guess, "Double damn it!"
