We are five rounds into SB Nation’s Conference Re-Draft Project, and the 12 Pack has drafted the Georgia Bulldogs, Texas Longhorns, UCLA Bruins, Washington Huskies, and Wisconsin Badgers. Not only does the league include five large state universities with solid academics and quality athletics across a variety of sports, it also incorporates a geographic distribution spread out around the perimeter of the country, as is made apparent by the following map:
The 12 Pack’s next selection will be the 36th of the re-draft overall, or the last choice of the sixth round. Five more teams will come off the board before then, but, for now, the following programs have yet to be drafted:
- ACC: Boston College Eagles, Clemson Tigers, Duke Blue Devils, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, Maryland Terrapins, N.C. State Wolfpack, Virginia Cavaliers, and Wake Forest Demon Deacons
- Big East: Cincinnati Bearcats, Connecticut Huskies, Pittsburgh Panthers, Rutgers Scarlet Knights, South Florida Bulls, and all the non-football members, too numerous to mention (or notice)
- Big Ten: Illinois Fighting Illini, Indiana Hoosiers, Iowa Hawkeyes, Minnesota Golden Gophers, Northwestern Wildcats, and Purdue Boilermakers
- Big 12: Baylor Bears, Iowa St. Cyclones, Kansas Jayhawks, Kansas St. Wildcats, Missouri Tigers, Oklahoma St. Cowboys, and Texas Tech Red Raiders
- Mid-Majors: Army Black Knights, Air Force Falcons, Boise St. Broncos, BYU Cougars, Central Florida Knights, Fresno St. Bulldogs, Hawaii Warriors, Navy Midshipmen, Nevada Wolf Pack, Northern Illinois Huskies, San Diego St. Aztecs, Southern Miss. Golden Eagles, TCU Horned Frogs, Troy Trojans, Tulsa Golden Hurricane, UAB Blazers, and various other minor programs, too numerous to mention (or notice)
- Pac-12: Arizona St. Sun Devils, California Golden Bears, Colorado Buffaloes, Oregon St. Beavers, Utah Utes, and Washington St. Cougars
- SEC: Kentucky Wildcats, Mississippi Rebels, Mississippi St. Bulldogs, South Carolina Gamecocks, and Vanderbilt Commodores
