Georgia to Host Softball Super Regional
This news comes as a surprise to no one; in fact, even though it wasn't yet official, I was tempted to go ahead and state it as a fact in my postgame report earlier today.
The Bulldogs earned the No. 6 national seed and went 3-0 through their regional. If that isn't enough to earn you the right to be one of eight super regional hosts, I don't know what is.
The 11th-seeded Baylor Bears will visit the Classic City for the best-of-three series starting next Saturday.

I want us to win
at something. I almost don’t care as long as I can say “we are number 1 at X”. But even when we win, it has to be agnozing. I just am ready for UGA to win at some sports and do it in a crushing, attacking and relentless way. I don’t want to just beat UF this fall. I want to beat them 50-0. And Auburn too. I want our enemies to be crushed and destroyed and heartbroken the way we have so they spend some time worried about us, rather than the other way around.
