JT's family have set up a caringbridge website where they will be providing official updates on his condition. Currently, he's been through surgery to stabilize his neck fracture, and they're talking about moving him to the Shepherd Spinal Center soon. Undoubtedly hundreds, if not thousands, of others will send messages of encouragement and hope as well through this website, but it couldn't hurt to drop a note of your own letting JT and his family know that they are in our prayers.
