Christmas Day Open Comment Thread
Merry Christmas! This year, we're going to do something a little different by opening up a Christmas Day open comment thread. Feel free to use this to discuss the Georgia Bulldogs' upcoming bowl game, to tell us what Santa Claus brought you, to reflect on the college football regular season just completed, to share any breaking news that comes across the wire, and, later on tonight, to follow former Georgia Bulldogs Trey Thompkins and Travis Leslie as the L.A. Clippers take the court on the ESPN family of networks.
Go 'Dawgs!

Merry Christmas to all Dawgs
I don’t hate y’all – some of my best friends are Dawgs.
Also want to somewhat apologize for my “Go Michigan State.” Your AD is looking out for your best interests, just like every AD is supposed to. McGarity just performed much better at his job than Hyman.

May Santa bring us a bowl win!
Merry Christmas to Dawg nation!
I’m working all day, which is sure to be a complete snooze-fest. However, starting New Year’s Eve I get a two week vacation, so that makes up for it. My gift from my mother this year was a Keurig coffee maker, which I love. Highly recommended. And my gift from my father will be my ticket to the Outback Bowl (and hopefully tailgating, if he’s found appropriate parking). So a pretty good year in spite of having to work today.

The Dark Magic is a bit strong for my tastes.
Even though I like espresso a lot, I find that I prefer medium roast coffee. I haven’t tried too many varieties yet, but my favorite is the Green Mountain Nantucket Blend. The Spicy Eggnog was so disgusting that I had to force myself to finish it just for the caffeine. It’s a holiday-only special I think, but steer clear if you see it on sale.

Wife went crazy on Cabela's.....
New Union suit, Pro Tackle storage system and utility binder (don’t need either , bless her heart), Samsung LCD for the man & dog room, smoker kit for grill.
Better than I deserve, but I’ll take it.
Merry Christmas to the Bulldog Nation
I got the 1980 Dawgs DVD. I’m looking forward to learning more about that great team, since I didn’t become a Dawg until 1985.

Merry Christmas!
My parents bought me tickets to the Outback bowl for Christmas. Best present ever. Front row seats, too.

BELL came up short for me...4th place in my league
just out of the money but still bragging rights…can’t be that bad
I HATE ORANGE, and DGNBs
A couple of points:
1. That video is making me dizzy.
2. That is, bar none, without question, not even close, the weakest touchdown dance in this history of football. Seriously, it’s nothing short of embarrassing. It’s so downright dorky they make fun of it in an insurance commercial, for crying out loud. That ad is like an intervention. Someone needs to tell him never to do that again. It’s like he’s trying to push the limits of how silly he can look and have it be forgiven because of his play on the field, like Tony Romo wearing a beret or Tom Brady growing his hair out to look like a Geico caveman.
3. Aaron Rodgers’s younger brother plays for James Franklin at Vanderbilt. There’s no shot of me rooting for the guy until either his sibling or his sibling’s head coach leave Nashville. I’m guessing on the latter happening before the former.

I can't believe you made me watch a Clippers game.
In the spirit of Christmas, I forgive you.
