First off, please don't throw fruit and accuse me of being an undercover Tech student just because my first post is about wanting to play a "Star Wars" game. I promise to play ironically, as is right and proper for any Dawg fan. So the deal is, I've pre-ordered SW:TOR but don't particularly relish the idea of playing with a bunch of 12-year-olds (or the 45-year-old 12-year-old Tech graduates). I would love to find some smart, funny, reasonable, mature people to join me...does anyone here know people like that? (I kid, I kid.) Seriously, I've been very impressed by the level of discourse and the sense of humor of almost everyone on Dawg Sports. The folks here are a real class act, and you seem like the types not to get hung up on the presence of a woman on the interwebz (or to call me unpleasant things that rhyme with "hag" when I dare to use my mic...which happens often enough to make me think those stereotypes about male gamers and their relative lack of experience with women might have a grain of truth).

Please drop a line in the comments if you too are looking for a distraction from this post-regular season, pre-bowl purgatory. And if SW:TOR isn't your cup o' tea, let me know what multiplayer PC games you do play. In particular, I expect I'll put some time into that mainstay of Christmas spirit, "Killing Floor" (I started playing KF last year around this time, and the Christmas event was a hoot). I'm flexible. I just want to play with people who can understand and appreciate why, for a while, I changed my Steam screen name to "UGA 45 AUB 7." Is that too much to ask?
