So, I have been critical recently of CMR and his staff's lack of effort in their pursuit of excellence or greatness. While I respect this coaching staff immensely as human beings, I have been critical of what I perceive to be a lack of focus and discipline week in and week out. Well, this recent story out of State College has been a sobering reminder that things could be worse. Thanks CMR for being a man of integrity. Suddenly, a couple of tailbacks smoking dope seems a little less severe.

I pray our beloved Dawgs will never fall prey to something this evil and disgusting. Despite my gripes about football coaching, I sleep better at night knowing that if something this sickening ever occured in Athens, Coach Richt, AD MaGarity and President Adams would cut that snake's head of quickly and decisively.

Thoughts and prayers to those whose lives were destroyed by this tragedy at Penn State. May this type of scandal never haunt the halls of our University.
