FYI on the DawgSports get together
Kickoff has been pushed back to 7:00 eastern time so as to not interfere with the Red River Shootout. Not sure how this will impact ya'lls plans since it will now be a much later drive home than originally anticipated.

Thanks for letting us know, AuditDawg.
My initial response is, “Crap!” . . . but, then, that’s my initial response to everything that has happened in Georgia athletics for the last two and a half years.
Go 'Dawgs!
Upon further review, . . .
. . . I’m still peeved at the move, but it does solve one potential problem: if kickoff is at 7:00, no one will be bringing kids to the event, so there will be no need to focus on family-friendliness.
I’m not saying we need to hold it in a biker bar, but we may safely conclude that we are looking at an adults-only crowd.

Oh Lord
Not to hijack the thread, but what is the big flipping deal with Georgia players and scooters???
ILB Marcus Dowtin was also held out after a minor scooter accident, according to Richt. Can we just mandate that Georgia players are not allowed to have scooters anymore? From driving without a license to emerging from an alleyway to now getting in “minor accidents”, has anything good come from a UGA player and a scooter in recent memory?

One day, a University of Georgia athlete is going to . . .
. . . emerge from an alley while driving a scooter with a suspended license, and he’s going to be pulled over by a campus police officer who finds a pair of red panties in the athlete’s lap.
At that point, the world will end.
Go 'Dawgs!
7pm kickoff is actually better for me
I was planning a whirlwind weekend of running between Warner Robins, Stone Mountain & Athens. Plus it leaves more time for baking :)

My wife and I are scheduled to be on the red-eye coming back from Denver Saturday night/Sunday morning. We still should have time to make it… but why to we have to cut these things so darn close?
