What Was Bacarri Rambo up to Earlier Today?

PrintA few minutes ago, I was on Facebook when a University of Georgia student and regular reader struck up a chat with me. He passed along a tip, which he was gracious enough to let me share with the rest of you; it made my day, and it may make yours, as well. My correspondent wrote:
I managed to join in on a pick up game with Jeff Owens at Ramsey today.
Of round ball.
He mentioned in passing that Bacarri Rambo was too busy working out to come over and join us.
I don't know about you, but that made me feel a thousand times better about the 2010 season. All right, a thousand times zero is still zero, but, even so, I'm taking that as a good sign.

Remember early last season Rennie Curran
alluding to the fact that some of his teammates could afford to put in a little more time in the film room and weightroom? I don’t sense that Bacarri is one of those guys.

Don’t know how I missed that. Guess I was just focused on Rambo ripping the throat out of the “opposing player”
