Guess I owe the slot machine

a twenty?

Wow i'm impressed that the wrapup was actually 4 words and 18 characters long (counting punctuation)

I figured it would have been two word with a link. “We Win.”

Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may win.

Now time for a winning streak...

this had to be the slowest game of all time. It took FOREVER

Agreed, Mr. Sanchez

It didn’t help that it started at 10:00, but, yeah, the stoppages in play became pretty maddening.

Just for the record, Southern Dawg, “with a link” is what made your comment art. I laughed out loud, and not in a teenage text-message “lol” kind of way.

Go 'Dawgs!

When I awoke this morning

I fully expected your wrap up to be brief and depressing, tempered with hope for the future as I was fully expecting to read about another blown late-lead.

What a pleasant early morning surprise!

I don't know if you're aware of this, Dave . . .

. . . but, earlier this season, Georgia blew a 15-point halftime lead against Arkansas.

I think I heard that somewhere. . . .

Maybe that gorilla is off our back...

And even if my cable provider had chosen not to dump the game, no way was I going to hang until after midnight…so kudos to you nocturnal, bleary-eyed folks.

Hoping we beat Vandy tonight…a team we are 1-1 this season and should be 2-0. I have a feeling our guys want to atone for the heartbreak of a few weeks ago in their gym.

And more good news...

We lose an hour of sleep tomorrow night. Although, being the half-glass-full dude that I am, it does mean we are an hour closer to football season.

I get the honor & privilege

of losing 3 hours tonight. One for daylight savings and two because I am leaving the Mojave desert and going home!

We're a C team that just earned a solid B.

It’ll take an A- to beat the Tennessee Mid-Ranking Naval Commanders.

Clearly going to bed at halftime as opposed to staying up

waiting to see how we will shoot ourselves in the foot is a better plan.
