I'm so thankful to have such a fun, hilarious, and always enlightening place to discuss my Beloved Bulldogs. (Seriously Kyle, I learn the meanings of words I've never heard of around here.) Since I live about 800 or so miles away, there aren't so many Dawg fans to discuss these things with here in Podunk, Oklahoma. Our virtual game day parties have been the highlight of the fall season for me. This year the really big highlight was the First Annual Dawg Sports Sacrificial Goat Roast and my subsequent meetings with Vineyard Dawg & Inteljumper. I expect to see several more of you at the Second Annual next year.
This season may not have turned out quite the way we had hoped, but at least we could share the misery among friends, somehow that makes it a bit more bearable.
Wishing each and every one a Happy Thanksgiving and a Fabulous Holiday season. You are all welcome to come chow down at my place any time - I'll even make you some brownies, just let me know when to expect you. For those of you far from home serving in the armed forces, a special thank you to you & your families for all that you do, and all that you sacrifice to provide us the freedoms we enjoy.
Happy Holidays and Go Dawgs!
