He's led us to two SEC Championships and has had many winning seasons, so I would say Mark Richt is not the issue with the staff right now. I believe it is OC- Mike Bobo's judgment and play-calling, and O-Line strategy. It is time to let go of Bobo and I believe there is a strong candidate for his spot.
I know this is really far-fetched but I think a certain NFL O-Line coach with lots of experience in all offense could really help the issues.
Bill Callahan- Current Offensive line and assistant head coach for the New York Jets- Previous head coach of the Raiders (1 season) and Nebraska in college- Offensive coordinator for many college teams, as well as the Raiders for three seasons. I think this guy knows all about blocking, being a line, quarterback, and offensive coach in the NFL, he could really help out.
