How long will Mark Richt remain at Georgia?
I think the estimate for Coach Richt's longevity is too low, but it's an interesting article.

Richt's longevity
I have heard this “not on the hot seat but close” thing off and on since about Vandy ‘06. I’ve heard it from both Georgia fans and rivals fans. I just don’t see it. I have never even once considered the possibility of a coaching search for a great while and I know that you feel the same way considering your “Mark Richt will be the UGA all-time wins leader.” Have you heard this opinion much and is it completely based on the Florida head to head and/or Florida overall success(2 MNC)?
I think it's a combination . . .
. . . of legitimate dissatisfaction with our inability to beat Florida, frustration with our not having won a national championship yet, and aggravation over the defensive collapses under Willie Martinez. While there’s no doubt Mark Richt could silence some fan grousing by dumping his defensive coordinator, none of the rumbling about Coach Martinez has come anywhere close to threatening Coach Martinez’s job security, much less Coach Richt’s.
Heck, I don’t even think Willie’s on the hot seat, although I think he should be. Mark certainly isn’t. Damon Evans knows that there may not be a coach out there, and certainly isn’t a coach we’re likely to land, who could offer us a better chance at beating the Gators and winning a national title, and firing your head coach in order to get a new defensive coordinator is cutting off your nose to spite your face in a big way.
