G-DAY Lettermen Flag Football Game
So at Kyle's request, I come to bestow upon you my impressions of the G-Day Lettermen Flag Football Game.
First of all, I thought the game was a great deal of fun (certainly with more moments of sheer excitement than the G-Day game itself). The players, especially the elders, seemed unnaturally spry and quick. A game full of trick plays (there were multiple halfback passes, double reverses, etc.) ended with the Red Team defeating the Black -- I believe the final score was 20-6.
I do have a few suggestions for how they could improve this game in the future:
1) Release a roster...If there was a printed roster, I wasn't able to find one. This made it difficult to determine who many of the older players were.... especially given the fact that:
2) I could not understand much of what the announcer said -- which is a shame since I enjoyed his pregame quip about the game being sponsored by Depends Sportswear. I think this was mostly due to a wicked echo resulting from the fact that he was announcing from field level. Lets move the guy to the press box or just give him a bullhorn.
Despite these two shortcomings, the proceedings were quite enjoyable and the crowd for the event was more substantial than I anticipated.
The game was repeatedly referred to as "The 1st Annual" Lettermen Flag Football game so, assuming they make a tradition out of this, my question is:
Which former letter-winners would you most like to see out on the field next year?

Is there any question?
The H-man. Of course, he still probably runs so fast that no one could even grab the flag.
On the ESPN telecast of the G-Day game, the announcers mentioned that someone at the end of the alumni game got hurt and had to be carted off the field. Do you know who that was?
