This Is the Long Autumn of Bulldog Nation's Discontent
I don't know which makes me feel worse: Doug Gillett's sincere expression of heartfelt emotion, David Hale's coldly logical exegesis, or the fact that both of them undeniably are correct.
For those inclined to look on the bright side, it seems we should be grateful that things aren't worse than they are . . . and, if nothing else, at least no one is wearing our team gear at Klan rallies!
Go 'Dawgs!

Kyle,
You and Richard over at ATVS should come up with a poll to run at both sites asking who has the better coaching staff. LSU or UGA.
I’d be interested in the results.
Well, both OC’s have, during the course of this season, instructed their quarterbacks to spike the ball with 0:01 left on the game clock.
I vote for a push.

Had I known both UCLA and UGA would have the same record at the end of the season
I probably would have gone “Alright, UCLA really over-performed my expectations!”
As is, I just want to kill myself. This has been one the most painful seasons to watch in recent memory. I’ve only been a fan since I went to school in 1998, and if I recall correctly, this is the worst record we’ve had this year since that period of time.
Make. It. Stop.
The "long autumn" of our discontent...
… is an understatement. It feels more like the “Hundred Years’ War” of our discontent.
David Hale didn't say it but his analysis basically proves
what I have said all year: once Donnan’s recruits were gone (including those who had committed that Richt managed to get to stay), the program has gone down hill. In any event, T. Kyle, you should drive down Thursday with your family__we are abandoning turkey and the traditional stuff for PRIME RIB. I can change when change is needed. We’ll have plenty for all of you. Have a great Thanksgiving.
