Willie is responsible for being a terrible DC but Richt is responsible for hiring him and keeping him around.  Richt's inability to put an end to the penalties and off the field problems is also unacceptable.  If Richt can show a shred of leadership and fire Willie Martinez i could accept giving him another year or two depending on results.  Losing to bad teams is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.  It is Georgia for crying out loud.  Its not Miami or FSU.
