For what it's worth . . .
. . . tomorrow, October 31, is Logan Gray's 21st birthday.
Here's hoping he has a good reason to hoist a celebratory drink on Saturday night.
Also, here's hoping his designated driver has a valid driver's license.
Also, here's hoping he doesn't get drunk and spoon with Joe Cox.
Yeah, being the Bulldogs' backup quarterback and turning 21 on the day Georgia plays Florida in Jacksonville could go wrong about 8,004 ways, couldn't it?

My birthday
is also October 31. You know what I want? A Georgia win. Shocking, I know…
But what I’d really like to have for my birthday is a shocking, monumental, Falaise Gap type breakout ass-whoopin’. Something that turns the season around for us, jumpstarts the 2010 campaign, and sends Florida into a downward spiral (like they used to go into back in the day…how many times in the 70’s would Florida come apart after the WLOCP and lose to Kentucky?)
I’d like to see Jeff Owens get a clean, unobstructed shot at Tebow and just flat knock him on his capable ass. I don’t want anyone to get injured, but I’d like for some of our biggun’s to Rock Out. I’d like to see some seismic activity in the trenches. I’d like to see one of our running backs punish someone in UF’s secondary. I’d like to see Brandon Spikes get dry humped by a pulling guard, who then celebrates wildly while no flag is thrown. I’d like to see Urban Meyer lose his cool and humiliate one of his own players on the sideline. I’d like for the Blue and Orange part of the Gator Bowl to be virtually empty with 13:04 left in the 4th quarter. I’d like for us to not have 10 penalties for 95 yards, not turn the ball over 3 times, and not drop a single pass.
I’d like for us to be ahead by at least 1 point as the final second ticks off the clock.
SEC Officials: The FEMA of College Football.
I'd love a win...
But to be honest, I’d settle for any of those things.
We don’t have to be world beaters to restore my faith, but improvement in at least one area would go a long way.
I want every college football fan in America to be as miserable as I am.

Saturday, not tomorrow
Dang it, that’s twice tonight I’ve done that.
This is starting to become worrisome. . . .
