tankertoad - need a life, or motivated?
i just found out i have 1300 posts here. which is like, uh, a lot more than most people.
I am scarred this means i am overdue a deployment, or need a life. Or maybe I just wanted to push T Kyle to the ...to the, well, whatever the top of the blog world is.
tankertoad - need a life, talk amongst yourselves.........(and, feel free to bring the heat, i can handle it!)

And those of many others are enlightening or at least thought provoking for me. I enjoy and take comfort in the comments, insights, humor, and encouragement of those who love UGA like you do and I do. Keep ‘em coming. Now, if you have let stacks of work pile up or can’t walk through your home because of the clutter, maybe you had better address those issues first, then post away!
That's nothing
I’ve got message boards where I have at least five times that many. Come back when you hit five digits, then maybe you can worry.
Driving the "Fire Willie Martinez" bandwagon since 2006
thanks SG -
this is the only place I ever blogged, so it was a little bit of a surprise to see how it added up over the years. I actually started here under a different name but didnt post much.
Support the dawgs
This is my first post on this blog but my take is that willie has to go these top rated prospects we are recruiting cant be this bad.Anybody that is crazy enough to say richt needs to go needs their head examined. He has done alot for the georgia program since he has been here. Before he got here it had been 20 years since we on a sec title. go dawgs
Simple answer
courtesy of your military service, you are simply away from home and need a place to discuss the bulldogs. Being so far from home makes it more difficult to do things you would otherwise do – go to games, hang out with other bulldog fans etc – so the blog fills that void.
Don’t let it worry you :)
thanks Podunkdawg
I actually reflected a lot on what you wrote. I was in the desert for CMR’s first SEC victory and subsequent sugar bowl (if i got my years right, it blends together with deployments) – right before the start of the Iraq Campaing (OIF). I watched and listened and tracked on computer based on connectivity coming and going. ANd you are spot on, I would much rather be at some tailgating or games or just with family that blogging, but we have created our little world wide family here and that is, in my opinion, one of the coolest things Kyle’s blog as done – especially for people in other countries or military.
I was a military dependent for 14 years
first as an officer’s daughter, then as an enlisted man’s wife. So I know how this works from experience, and if you think about it, whatever base your on or unit your with, the folks there become your extended family. Why? because your extended family is back home and you can’t be with them.
We are just your extended Bulldog family :)
