As I mentioned last week, my wife and I took a weekend trip up to Memphis recently. I solicited reader input on things to do, thinking someone might clue me in to a good BBQ joint. You responded with gusto. Needless to say, my wife and I didn't come close to doing all of the things you helpfully submitted. Ergo, we'll probably make a return trip sometime soon.
