It is becoming my happy task on a monthly basis to report that site traffic here at Dawg Sports is surging and soaring.
In September, Sitemeter reported record highs in visits (77,872) and page views (123,183). These figures topped the old high water marks for visits (66,180) and page views (101,998) set in November 2007.
While October’s traffic was not on a par with the previous month’s, Dawg Sports still received more visits (70,957) and page views (103,890) than in any single previous calendar month except September. Obviously, this has been the best two-month period of site traffic in Dawg Sports history, which dates back to February 2006.
As always, MaconDawg and I are grateful for our loyal readers, occasional guests, and regular commenters. Participating in the conversation that takes place at this weblog is a lot of fun and we’re glad so many of you have chosen to join us.
